The Ground Floor
Enter the front stable door, from a small patio with table and chairs, into a large hall which leads into a well fitted beamed kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Also on the ground floor is a shower-room with WC and basin, and heated towel rail

The beamed lounge has a large inglenook fireplace and log burner, comfortable sofas, Freeview TV/video/DVD and Stereo/CD player.

The dining room has a large farmhouse table with ample seating and access to the garden. Leading from the dining room is a Double bedroom with 6ft zip and link bed, drawer space and a fitted wardrobe.

Upstairs
Open-tread stairs to first floor bathroom with over-bath shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

A galleried bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe and drawer units. Leading to third double bedroom with two single beds or 6ft zip and link bed.

Services: Central heating and electricity incl. (Oct-April a charge of £15 pw), bed linen (duvets) and towels inc. Cot and Highchair, BBQ, use of garden and summerhouse with communal drying facilities. WiFi

Wood-burning stove – initial fuel included, thereafter at cost
